Our 'Everyday' IT support package is aimed at company's that wish to pay a
fixed fee for all of their support, but want to purchase all necessary
replacement parts themselves. (Of course Upstream is able to supply you with
these replacement parts at discounted prices)
The 'Everyday' package includes all of the following:
Unlimited access to our telephone support helpdesk
Unlimited remote access by connecting to your system from our office
Unlimited on-site support by our highly skilled engineers
Our main priority is to fix your IT problems in an efficient manor so that you
can be back up and running as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on our

able to talk to you in a non-technical language.
As part of the service we will also proactively check your system on a regular
basis. This includes checking that your anti-virus updates & scans are
occurring, ensuring that your back-up routine is functioning correctly, as well
as quick checks to Microsoft Windows Critical Updates.
