This package offers unlimited access to our dedicated support line, unlimited remote access support PLUS unlimited on-site support PLUS all replacement parts* needed to get the system up and working correctly.

Our aim is to offer superior levels of customer service, so not only will we solve your problems when you call, but we will proactively monitor your systems to check for potential problem areas. This includes regular checks of your Anti-Virus software, your back-up solution, and the operating system event logs all with the aim of maintaining your productivity.
